Part Three Dangit! Kara mentally shouted as they were engaged in a staring contest with Dr. Hoffstetler. She expected him to sound the alarm, alert Strickland and all the other personnel in the facility to their location. He examined the laundry carts, finding both Hellboy and the Amphibian Man hidden within each one. “Where are you taking them?” he asked, though Kara wasn’t able to discern if it was by curiosity or an impromptu interrogation.
